SECTION 1 — ABOUT US
Loving Express Transportation (LET) provides scheduled shuttle and private charter services for events, organizations, family travel, and group outings throughout Illinois.
SECTION 2 — BOOKING POLICY
- All reservations must be completed through our official booking form
- A 25% deposit per passenger is required to confirm your seat
- Your seat is NOT confirmed until deposit is received
- Remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before departure
- Minimum 15 passengers are required for departure on all routes
- We reserve the right to cancel any trip that does not meet the minimum passenger requirement
SECTION 3 — DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT POLICY
A 25% deposit per passenger is required to reserve your seat. Deposits are applied toward your total fare.
REFUND POLICY
· FULL REFUND including deposit: LET cancels trip due to minimum passenger count not being met. Refunds issued within 3-5 business days.
· DEPOSIT REFUNDED: Passenger cancels 48 or more hours before departure. Minus any payment processing fees.
· NO REFUND:
• Cancellation within 48 hours of departure
• No show on travel date
• Denied facility entry for any reason
• Voluntary cancellation after 48-hour window

Cancellations must be confirmed by LET to be valid. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
SECTION 4 — PASSENGER RULES
All passengers must agree to the following rules before boarding:
IDENTIFICATION - FAMILY VISITATION SHUTTLE
- Two forms of valid ID are required at boarding and facility entry
- Primary: State issued photo ID
- Secondary: Passport, birth certificate or social security card
- LET is not responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid ID
BOARDING
- Bus departs at scheduled time
- Bus will NOT wait for late arrivals
- No refunds for missed departures
- Passengers must be at pickup location 15 minutes before departure
CONDUCT ON BOARD
- No smoking or vaping on the bus
- No alcohol or illegal substances
- Respectful behavior is required at all times
- Disruptive passengers may be removed without refund
- No excessive noise or profanity
- Children must be supervised at all times
BAGGAGE
- Small personal bags only
- No large luggage or oversized items
- LET is not responsible for lost stolen or damaged belongings
FACILITY RULES
- All passengers must comply with facility dress code requirements
- LET is not responsible for denied entry due to dress code violations
- Research your specific facility dress code before travel
- No refunds for denied facility entry
SECTION 5 — ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
Loving Express Transportation welcomes all passengers including those with disabilities.
Please note the following:
- Our current vehicle does not have a wheelchair lift or ramp
- Passengers requiring mobility assistance must travel with a companion who can assist with boarding and deboarding
- Folding wheelchairs and mobility equipment can be stored onboard
- Our driver is unable to provide physical boarding assistance
- We are committed to expanding our accessibility as we grow

SECTION 6 — PAYMENT POLICY
We accept the following payment methods for deposits and balances:
- Cash App — $ridewithlet

- Chime Pay Anyone — ridewithlet@gmail.com
- Cash at Walmart/Western Union
IMPORTANT:
- Always include your full name and facility in the payment note
- Deposits must be received to reserve your trip
- Remaining balance due 48 hours before departure
- We do not accept cash payments on site
- We do not accept money orders on site
SECTION 7 — FAMILY VISITATION SHUTTLE LIABILITY WAIVER
Loving Express Transportation (LET)
Effective Date: 2026
By completing a booking with Loving Express Transportation you acknowledge and agree to the following:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Transportation to correctional facilities involves inherent risks including but not limited to delays, road conditions, weather events and facility access restrictions. Passengers voluntarily assume all such risks.
BOARDING & PHYSICAL ASSISTANCE
LET drivers are not permitted to provide physical assistance with boarding or deboarding the vehicle. Passengers accept full responsibility for their own safe boarding and deboarding. Passengers requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion.
FACILITY ENTRY & DENIED ACCESS
LET is not responsible for denied entry to any correctional facility due to:
- Dress code violations
- Invalid or missing identification
- Expired or invalid visitor approval status
- Facility lockdowns or restrictions
- Any other facility decision
No refunds will be issued for denied facility entry under any circumstances.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
LET is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during transport.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Passengers confirm they are physically able to board and ride the vehicle safely. Passengers accept full responsibility for any medical conditions or requirements during transport.
CONDUCT & REMOVAL
LET reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger whose behavior endangers the safety or comfort of other passengers or the driver. Removed passengers will not receive a refund.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law you release Loving Express Transportation LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims damages losses or expenses arising from participation in LET transportation services.
